电视腹腔镜复合性手术的临床研究

摘 要
目的：拓宽电视腹腔镜手术在腹部外科及相邻学科的应用范围，便于多病联治并节约医疗费用。
方法：对我科在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中同时施行阑尾切除术19例，附件切除术5例，肝囊肿开窗引流术4例，肠粘连松解术3例，阑尾切除加疝修补术2例，共计施行复合性腹腔镜手术33例的临床资料进行分析，就其手术指征及操作程序进行探讨。
结果：32例完全在腹腔镜下完成，仅1例开腹手术协同。
结论：只要严格掌握复合性手术的指征，该术式能够安全有效处理两种以上的腹部病变，不增加术后疼痛，不延长住院期及康复时间。

Clinical Research of Combined Laparoscopic Surgery

ABSTRACT
Objective:To widen clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in abdominal operation and neighbour subject.With little medical expenses，combined laparoscopic surgery is most convenient to treat several abdominal diseases simultaneously.
Methods:The clinical information of 33 cases by combined laparoscopic surgery was analysed，these cases were laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus appendectomy 19，salpingo-oophorectomy 5，fenestration of liver cyst 4，untwining of adherent intestines 3，appendectomy and herniorrhaphy 2.The operative indication and procedure were discussed.
Results:Only one case was cooperated with opening operation，32 cases were satisfactory by combined laparoscopic surgery.
Conclusion:Our results showed that as long as we strictly follow operative indications for combined laparoscopic surgery，more and more patients with multiple abdominal disease will enjoy safe therapy.This treatment did not increase postoperative pain，hospitalization，recovery period.

腹腔镜外科手术中同时实施处理2种或2种以上的腹部病变谓之腹腔镜复合性手术（Combined Laparoscopic Surgery）。自1995年8月以来我科在开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术中同时处理腹部其他病变施行复合性手术33例，现报告如下。
