胆石性胰腺炎的内窥镜技术治疗

摘　要

1992年8月以来，作者应用内窥镜技术治疗胆石性胰腺炎18例。全组无手术死亡，疗效满意。出院后随访6月～4年，均无胰腺炎复发。文中对胆石性胰腺炎选择腹腔镜胆囊切除术的指征与手术时机进行了讨论。并就纤维胆道镜和逆行胰胆管造影-奥迪括约肌切开术的配合治疗作了介绍。

ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY FOR GALLSTONE PANCREATITIS

ABSTRACT

Since August 1992，18 patients with gallstone pancreatitis have been treated by endoscopic technique in this hospital.None of the series died of the operation.The effects of the treatment was satisfactory.All patients were followed up for 6～48 months，none of them resuffered from pancreatitis.Indications and operative timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone pancreatitis were discussed.Matching management with fibrocholangioscopy and ERCP-EST were introduced.

作者在开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）治疗结石性胆囊炎的基础上，自1992年8月以来应用LC及小网膜囊引流或加逆行胰胆管造影-奥迪括约肌切开术（ERCP-EST）治疗18例胆石性胰腺炎取得了满意效果，本文就胆石性胰腺炎LC的选择指征及时机进行讨论。
