八、小结

对于一线和二线治疗失败的ED患者来说,阴茎假体植入手术是一个非常有效的治疗选择。在过去的40年里,手术技术的改良明显减少感染和其他并发症的发生率,假体设计和创新对其故障率有积极的影响。患者及其伴侣较高满意度超过其他微创等治疗选项,提示阴茎假体植入已成为治疗勃起功能障碍的“金标准”这一事实。
