九、小结
在过去的50年中,通过开发和整合更有效和毒性更小的化疗方案,并持续改进手术切除技术,睾丸癌治疗领域经历了一个显著的演变过程。这些进展使超过90%的睾丸癌患者获得长久的治愈,同时减少了近期和远期的并发症。只有严格遵守既定的治疗原则,才能取得这些优异的成果。虽然对睾丸癌患者的治疗通常需要有经验丰富的多学科团队,但几乎每位睾丸癌患者的成功治疗都源于其泌尿外科医师。所有泌尿外科医师都应该对睾丸癌的合理治疗有一个全面而细致的了解。这种了解有助于确保提供合理的内科和外科治疗,同时必要时能够将患者及早转诊到具有大量病例诊疗经验的医疗中心进行进一步治疗。睾丸肿瘤手术治疗成功与否的衡量标准不仅包括预后结果,也包括尽可能保护功能和避免不必要的手术及减少并发症。
